U.S. MUSIC CORP. CONTINUES TO EXPAND DISTRIBUTION WITH
THE PURCHASE OF A 57,000 SQUARE FOOT FACILITY.

MUNDELEIN - May 5, 2005 – U.S. Music Corp, a fully integrated musical instrument manufacturer has announced the purchase of a new, state of the art distribution facility. The 6 year old facility is located just outside Chicago in Mundelein, Illinois. U.S. Music Corp will retain its current facility for purposes of increasing its U.S.A. manufacturing of Washburn Guitars, Parker Guitars, Randall Amplifiers, Eden Electronics, and Sound Tech Pro Audio, while the distribution of products will be relocated just a ½ mile southeast.

“This will provide us with the needed room at our existing facility to expand the manufacturing of Washburn and Parker Guitars, as well as Randall and Eden Amplifiers,” states Rudy Schlacher, U.S. Music Corp CEO. Expanding the capacity of the current facility and the adding of a new facility will coincide with the company’s business objectives as they continue to aggressively distribute products to musical instrument dealers all over the world. The increased sales experienced over the past year have created a demand for more production. “We expect continued growth and our new resources will better serve our valued customers” explains Mr. Schlacher. The new facility is located on four acres of land and includes 3,750 square feet of office space. The building includes two interior truck docks and three drive-in doors.
